leave the bugger in. if it means you cant access the bolts its normally held in with plastic ribbed bung thingys. just pull it off.

ye a 110 tipper is quite small you may as well get in there with a shovel. 130 tippers are more practical and you can buy them as tippers already.

your engine is on the way out im afraid save up for a 200 tdi now. chuffing and smoke from oil filler and dipstick tube can signify cracked block, pistons, piston rings ect. i got a 19j as well it dont like starting especially in the cold but it will if you warm the glow plugs for 20-30 seconds...

HOLD ON! i got them on my 110 an they is ****!!! i nudged a log whilst laning once an the thing ripped itself out of its mounting bolts and damages the underside of the front wing. there is a special plate that goes between to mount the plate. avoid.

you might have fitted the switch the other way round to the previous one theres no right or wrong way. have a look at a wiring diagram if you can make head or tail of it. i dont think your directional indicators should go through the hazard switch at all they should be completely independant.
