Bought a new UJ for the rear prop from Paddocks but it seems to be too big for the yoke. I put one cup in with the circlip but the opposite one wont go in anywhere near far enough for the circlip to go there. Any chance i got the wrong UJ? this UJ Propshaft UJ 1989 110 cheers

Evening all Got a couple o things I need some advice on. First up, fuel guage has a new wierd habbit. When its on its way down from over halfway, it will get stuck at about half a tank. I was revelling in my new found MPG down some lanes when it jumped to empty and sent me straight off to fill...

its a stupid rule the fitted seats thing. if you fit sideways facing seat urself you dont need seatbelts. this is because if you have a strong sideways impact whilst wearing a seatbelt on a bench seat, your spine will be ripped out of ur pelvis and you will die.

well the frame is cracked and totally rotted so the sooner the better. when you gonna be taking them off? you wanting some ventilation of something?

you have voltage at the bulb connector? i assume not. have you tried the relays?

headlight trouble is always a bastard. did you replace inner and outer wing? mebe yoiu forgot to re connact the earth to the inner.

or painting over the welds to hide them. definitely looks a bit bodged together

undo those bolts around the edge of the visco clutch. then move the fan toward the engine and get in between with a big adjustable spanner. think its 30 or 32mm. you may have to hold a screwdriver between the nuts on the pulley to stop that turning as well.

just replace the switch, very easy to do buster has a step by step on here somewhere i thnk. the flash switch has no relay so the full current goes through the switch and over time burns it out. normal.

no and no. 19j notoriously unreliable and ****. i have one too. it will give a bit more kick with an intercooler but that willl speed up its death. and it was never designed for a turbo in the first place so ur monster DAF afterburner just gonna create a bomb.
