I paid a bit more than you but nowhere near £82, funnily enough all this talk of heaters recently reminded me it was in the shed, so I put it on ebay last week and it went for £80:D.

I had one of those in my old disco when the heater broke and yes it does make a hell of a difference, they do put out a reasonable amount of heat, takes a little while to build up but they do work. Ratty has one in his landy anorl. They've certainly gone up a lot in price since I bought mine...

I've had britpart HD springs on 2 disco's with no probs at all. I like them because they raise the landy by an inch or so and reduce body roll. Good for towing too. You must have hit something pretty hard to break one.
