I'm thinking of getting some all terrain tyres for my 90 ,i'm currently running BFG muds 235.85.16 on turned disco rims,and to be honest it doesn't handle to well on the road (hardly surprising) ,so I'm going to save these just for green laneing ,question is...... what AT do i go for ? narrowed...

i need two new flexi front brake hoses ,is there any differance is the hoses between newer and older vehicles ?,ive seen some stainless braided hoses that fit 99 - 04 models ,mines a 91 model ,will these hoses fit ? ,the hoses are for non abs models. Wayne

Hi, one of the front propshaft uj's on my defender 90 has collapsed ,i've got two being delivered,in the mean time would it be ok to drive it, if i took the front propshaft off and put it in diff lock ?,i think i may need to go on a journey of about 5 miles. thanks Wayne

when i recently swopped my transfer box for one out of a disco ,the colour of the speedo drive i used was cream (think it used to be yellow) this registers spot on with a sat nav and with the speed indicator down the road ,i run 235/85/16 tyres , i hope this helps .

it could quite possibly have the wrong speedo drive in it,I've just changed the transfer box in my 90 for one out of a disco ,and i had the same problem,i think there are 3 different colours of speedo drive and these reflect the speeds,although i cannot be certain, you need one with 22 teeth...
