    I'd look for an airlock first, I've not got a td4 but there should be some bleed screws around the heater pipes, let it tick over withe the header cap off etc..

As after extending my switch wires to the arm rest from center console my passenger window goes up hopelessly slow and sometimes stops, now it worked fine before I moved the switches, but when extending some wires pulled...

    What engine have you got?, just curious as the mother in laws soon to be ex BMW 1series 1.6i sport drinks oil like its going out of fasion getting on for a ltr every week and a half with moderate millage, td4 are beamers ain't they..?     Custom driveshafts?, someone out there must make them as they are need when you slips beefy engine in a classis etc? Could it be that your rear shoes have seized up as your in and out of water?, mine siezesonceafter a deep puddle as there's nowhere for the dust to escape to..

    Could just be cos your popping it in reverse powering the system up, or something a bit lime when you pop in reverse with wipers on and the rear wipe keeps wiping the back window so you can see where your going when reversing in the rain..?

    I've got a £7 jobs installed to my double din stereo with screen works a treat it slots into bumper like the parking sensors do bit it has a tendency to Spon a little so some glue or a screw down one would be better, can't fault the camera quality itself tho..
