Thanks every one I have removed the inlet pipe last night and noticed the small pipe coming from the outlet side of the turbo to the intercooler. I will fit it on tommorow. This is what happens when i rush a job in poor day light. will post when i have fitted it to tell you how i got on thanks

Thanks Shifty I thought it might need a run. I will attach all the hoses properly on Saturday and carry out the test you said. I’ve got just the hill near me for this. Trying to rush the job after work isn’t good. Have learnt a lot very good site.
