bad news,makes you wonder how many of these stolen cars end up broken up and sold on ebay

seem to get this on the freelander a lot,creeking all sorts of stange noises,so i get underneth and give eveything a good spray with wd40,creeking stops but i have to do it every 6 months,anyone else come across this ? just wonderd if they made a thicker type oil spray ? that would do a better job

hi,can anyone tell me if i can do a check on my ird and vcu to see if there in good working order i did notice once when the rear wheels were up on jacks that if you turn one wheel one way the other goes the other way,is this normal, CHEERS mark

hi,nije,ive heard iys not a good dea to drive it if the vc is shafted it could cause all sorts of probs along the drive train,when you say the vc is solid,canyou give more detail !

Hi,i'm thinking of puting a set of MT tyres 80/20 on my freelander ,would these wear down fast on road surface if so would i be better on a set of AT 50/50. one other thing my tyre size, 215/65 R16 is their any way i could fit a tyre with a higher wall,if this is possible what size tyres should...

any help would be most gratefull 1999 freelander,somtimes feels like a brake is binding,can be free wheeling down hill and speed reduces,also front drums get very hot & lots of brake dust on alloys,is it likely to be the above or somthing moore sinister like rear diff,ird or transfer box.
