have you ever seen this before...........is a manual gearbox better then an auto

its just that there are five different size off shim and i dont know what shim i would need to put in so that why i jion here..... i just type in landrover forum in goolge and here i am a newbie..... so will there be some one on here withs answers am glad youve try'd to dig me out

the fly wheel looks fine but its recomended to replace its as well so you not seen this shims thing before then.. chris

yes i got the the print out of the mirco...... but what the shims for the picture is what i had removed from flywheel one plate and the other piece cheers chris

i recent bought and auto discovery diesel and have had some problems with automatic box and starter. i took engine out of it yesterday and the drive plate is mashed. so do i just replace the drive plate or do i replace the drive plate and flywheel. i went to landrover and the guy in the parts...
