hi guys having a problem need a new thorrtle cable .landrover have not got them for 3weeks. have looked all over but no joy, any body know any body else who may have one. thanks

pete have the manuel cant quite see how it comes off the pedal. tryed pulling to pull the cable forward and slip out but dont seem to work. cant work out the white washer the cable comes through. it most come off easy but there most be a knack to it. many thanks dave

hi guys wanting to change the thorretle cable. comes off easy at the manifold end ,how do you get it off the pedal. seems to be a rubber cusion and a white clip that hold it on the pedal. any body out there done this job. many thanks

hi when i rebuit the engine and dropped the rad i forgot to mark the gear:mad:box oil cooler pipe and engine oil cooler pipes on the pasenger side. how can i make sure i get them the right way round. thanks

i was meaning to ask any one. before i stripped the engine down prior to the rebuild, when i turned the ingnition key on i was getting a buzzing sound from behind the clocks. never had this before she blow the head gasket. any body had this before. many thanks

hi ready for the rebuild turned the engine over on the crank bolt but felt a little stiff. is this the norm due to the size of the engine and the fly wheel and convertor on the back. heads off ,just waiting for gasket set to come. thanks

hi thanks for the advice. being abite stupid is a single hex the same as bolts. by the way turned the engine with the heads off to check the barrels, on the crankbolt. it felt quite stiff is this normal plenty of oil in the sump and turned over before the strip on the starter ok. or is it...

hi having stripped my v8 down ,is there any little tricky things to watch out for on the rebuild besides the normal things. bite confused over stretch bolts how to tighten them up. many thanks
