I’ve just seen a youtube video of a leakback test on Bosch injectors on another engine and he said if its less than 40ml in a minute = 0.67 ml/sec then it’s ok.

Found the answer having tried it, They have a small split to aid fitting, so quite easy. The nylon washer was warn away on one side causing high pressure loss as the rubber o ring tilted over. With new seals HP sensor reading is back to all good at ~2 volts at 3000 rpm (1.28v at idle).

Big o-ring? What big o-ring? Mine also has no big o-ring, it has a flat gasket, a small rubber o-ring and the small nylon ring
