Thanks for the info guys, looks like a clean of the carb is the first step. There is an inline filter next to the electric fuel pump so i'll change that aswell.

Hi All Just bought a 1984 110 truck cab 2.25 petrol. Great vehicle but no power steering so its like turning the QE2 doing a 3 point turn! It was used as a tow truck by a local car dealer so only has 16000 miles on the clock and is in v.good nick! Forums look really good.
