Iv unpluged the pipe from the engine side of the servo and sealed it up on the engine side, no probs now no more cuting out, apart from it takes a long time to stop :D. ill sort out a secondhand servo asap thanks again :)

Hi. Series 3. 2 1/4 petrol. 24v.F.F.R. I know this may sound strange, but when the engine is ticking over and I press the break the engine will cut out, is this a common fault? Maybe a problem with the alternator? I've just fitted to new batteries, any ideas? Thanks.:confused:

Hi There. The driver's door on my TD4 has locked and I can't unlock it, :mad: I've tried the key and opening the door of the same time, and the Fob too, when I turn the key the little button tries to pop up and all the other doors unlock, looks like I'll have to try and take the door cover off...

Hi, can anybody help me with a problem I have aFreelander T D 4. There is no power until 3000rpm but then the turbo seems to kick in !!!! This is a replacement engine from a Breakers as the original seized . The engine sounds good and starts first turn. Any help would be very much appreciated...

It's a diff pan that's leaking oil , it's about the thicknessof paper ! ! ! So welding a new diff pan may be the answer, does that mean removing the half shafts and diff ....or is this a case of just cutting the old one out and welding the new one in ????

hi iv got a disco 300 tdi with a rear diff that's leaking oil out of the casing, I've tried to repair it with plastic metal etc but that only seems to last for a couple months, !!!!! Any ideas ????????????
