In my early yrs...i tried to "arc (stick) weld a chassis"...:doh: no matter how low i turned the settings... it just blew holes through the chassis. I eventually learned to be quite competent with mig, at Don-Bur.... (dont buy a truck with a don-bur body :eek::eek:). As mentioned above...

TD5's are ok...but after owning this one and a 300tdi....i'd definately revert to a 300tdi next time. Got TD5 off a farmer who had it from new....only 65k on the clock, w-2000...it's apparent he didnt know what servicing or looking after a vehicle was :eek::eek::eek:. Be careful if buying an ex...

Would be nice to know what security devices are useless :confused: and not worth buying. What security did you have fitted when your vehicle got stolen? You can tick more than one box.
