I bought them they are made by flo flex they are okay but are tight fit. Cant really comment on quality yet as only had them fitted about 2 month

Well i sold it on and now have a td5 discovery. Would of kept it but things started to go wrong and the engine was leaking all over the shop and didnt have time to strip and refit

Well i found that the pull wasnt enough for driving it was okay round the doors but on the motorways it was not using the gears properley and kicking down and changing up all the time

Sold this on as heaters started playing up and working even swapped electronic units to no avail. One thing i will say about swapping the gearbox for the 4.6 v8 one is the ratio are longer and the diesel in standard map isnt really powerful enough to really use the gearbox might work with a...

Do i just turn the flange where the propshaft bolts to? I bought the car when the front propshaft had snapped the ujs?

i dont know as it is a second hand gear box i bought and fitted due to the reverse clutch breaking in the original one. I think i may have bought a broken gearbox

Filter and oil has been changed about 2month ago i have only done 600miles. I think the gear box is knackered

Will the lift needle sensor cause this fault as i presumed the sensor for idle speed?

Hi all looking for some help with my p38 diesel 1997 reg. When accelerating i get to 55mph and the turbo boost just drops off. Take my foot off and then put it back down and turbo comes back again until about 65mphish and then drops the boost again and then taking foot off and putting back down...

Yeah it is to do with the torque convertor drive as the hp24 was longer than the 22 so i swapped the splined pole that goes into torque convertor but oil pump had to be swapped too:confused: that was the head scratcher at first due to needing to change the oil pump spacer where the bell housing...

My new v8 gear box was 63 on the seriel number which i believe there was abit more to swap than gearboxes number 65 or after. but its looking good just hoping i am on to a winner now :D. Just got the blowers to sort as they are not blowing at all and the digital panel says check manual...

UPDATE!!!! Ranger rover fixed now changed the gearbox to zf4hp24. Took abit of head scratching when the oil pumps turned out to be different but managed to swap my old one over and in to the new gearbox so now i have a ranger rover thats reverses and drives forward. Thanks for the help and...
