Is there a specific part number to look for or is it a generic 06 BMW part?

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before, but recently got an 04 L322, and yesterday it just stopped working, the light on the fob flashed when a button pressed, but nothing. Put new battery in to make sure it wasnt that and still nothing, any ideas please

Must admit, I love the look of the conversion, but dont fancy doing it or shelling out a load , so for the mo will leave mine alone. Bout time some aftermarket company thought of doing an upgrade that bolts straight in, they would make a fortune.

Hi guys, I need an actuator for a tartarini etagas system, but the only place I can find one only sells them with the distributor which is extortionate, any ideas. Nothing on ebay or usual places.

Am just researching options at the mo , dont want to spend a massive amount and there seems to be a massive difference in block prices from 500-3000. Whats the best priced top hat linered block? Is the £500 one top hat linered J the range?

Bugger, its not an RPI , but engine number is not a genuine RR one, but cant trace it to where it came from. So just spent a load getting the cam kit changed for no reason grrrr, now to decide whether to spend a load more on a new block or more to the point can I raise the money or am I going to...

Hi guys, had my 4.6 for a year now , was told it had an rpi engine in it but the guy couldnt produce proof but I still had it without paying over the odds. It developed a loud rattle and I took it to my mechanic, who said it was the cam. I asked if it could be a slipped liner and he was sure...

Hi guys, may sound like a daft question without seeing or hearing it. But I have a pretty loud engine rattle that only develops when the engine is warmed up, sounds a bit top end. Any ideas of such a rattle that only appears when engine is warmed up? Frorgot to say, its a 4.6 HSE

ended up taking it to my local LR specialist just to put on their diagnostic machine as it was only £35, they said it was defenitely the pump,they tried one off another and it worked so got a new pump, cleared the fault, fitted the new one, and got all the flashing lights as soon as I started it...
