that seems a bit to cheap to be true , you need to know whats under the fibreglass , that could be exspensive to put right , as for the chassis which outrigger is damaged , they are not dear but has there been any other damage. don't even think about the uprated springs they're cheap as chips .

you could try the v8 sender if they fit , ( i'm no expert on sender's ) also you could think about a electric fan , you can set them to come on when you think it's needed , your's sound's ok on the motorway where there is a lot of air flow , but you still need a correct reading on your gauge . i...

i never knew those temp senders were so technical , i wonder how many people have done this conversion and then filled there undies when they saw the temp . i even resorted to try dipping my elbow in the header tank but could'nt reach , (it's a big one ) , thats my landrover not my elbow.:rolleyes:

just had exactly the same problem , just put the na temp sender in it's something to do with ohms . how did you find the conversion , not to bad ehh.:)
