Never heard of Storm = what is it? Where do you get it?

I must either be bored or on some weird trip after finally securing some roof bars for my 2001 Freelander 2.5 GS. ..... because someone just offered me a soft top for it for £150 .... Is that a good price for a second hand good condition soft top? Or will it be one of those things I end up...

I just bought some roof bars on ebay for my 3 door freelander... I can see that one of the shrouds for the roof fixings is missing - also there are only two rubber gasket thingies for the front. Can anyone tell me a) Should there be rubber gasket thingies for the back fixings b) Can I order...

It seems to have fixed itself now - so wont worry until it starts playing up again - but thanks all.

Ok folks - thanks for the advice - It ain't the keyfob and it ain't the battery - battery is newish. Found out now that if I lock the car with the key - it doesnt happen so this has got to be something different about the alarm setting when set with the remote?

The alarm on My 2001 Freelander 2.5V6 keeps going off - usualy about 5 to ten minutes after locking it!. Its driving me nuts - Problem started early one very frosty morning last week - and hasnt gone away since.

Sorry if this is a real numpty question - but need to change one of my headlight bulbs and can't see how to get access to the bulb without dropping the unit out? Can see the round bulb cover at the back but there is not enough clearance to remove it? Am I going mad? Is it easier to undo the...

Update - Managed to buy a brand new engine still in its crate from ebay for just under a grand - now need to find someone to fit it for me... Are there any of you out there who would like the work, or can anyone recommend a mechanic somewhere near Northampton who would fit the engine for me?
