    From what you explained on the phone, that chuffing sound seems like a valve not closing at the right time so poss cam belt slippage..... Geoff just had a look at workshop manual that crank pulley bolt is torque to yield so will need a new one when we change the pulley!

    sure we can quickly knock something up on the day, quite often making locking tools have pillar drill, welder gillotine small pressbrake etc should be quite easy

    One atb and one locker, but not normal ones and surprised they came in ashcroft boxes because there made by quaife, just waiting for the shafts and cv's then will spend some time pinning the diffs and setting them up, then time for a little play and see how they do cant wait!!!!

    If it was me i would probably fit a good second hand one because it would most likely be a genuine part, and they are not really that common to go. You will also need ERR5992 which is your front seal as it may leak with a different pulley and not worth the risk for how easy it is to change. If...
