    im going down the father in laws hes fitted hundreds on trucks he said mine will be a doddle compared to lorry so fingers crossed will take pics and let ya know the outcome thankyou for everyones help including slob

    been out and had a look and my uj bearing is all over the shop its shocking so tmrw im going down to get a uj bearing set tmrw any idea of cost gonna fit it too:)

    no it only happens in 3rd and 4th

    i understand that but do u rekon there is a reason why it only happens in 2nd and third gear at whatever speed and the low ratio box works fine

    whilst driving in 3rd and 4th gear under load the whole car is shaking alot or vibrating whichever but its very noticable i have a feeling it mayy be a problem with the gear box or maybe a propshaft can someone please point me in the right direction?

    thats cos the trailing arm was bent as george michael and so bad it was wedged into the bodywork not tremendous, really good bunch of guys came out and saved the day for me

    went off roading a big group of us tday and i found out that a discovery 200tdi's rear trailing arm for the diff is absolutely rubbish as it now looks like this and the this is the damage it did once bent, it bent one side more than the other fortunately the local farmer had a 300tdi disco...

    i am looking to fit some reclining bucket seats to my 3 door discovery has anyone on this forum done such a thing, alot of the bucket seats are way too wide on ebay so therefore im not sure what to go for any advice wud be welcome and maybe if anyone has fitted it onto the original frames

    just doing the rear boot door, i had to cut it a little to get to some bolts to fit my high lift jack on the rear so i have rust proofed it ready for the chequer plating thanks to one of the guys on here

    got bored as i finished work early friday afternoon so i stumbled down to my local land rover shop and bought one of these high lit jacks, mounted it then hammerited the rear door completely as it had rust patches on the corners, again to my personal taste maybe not to others but i like it:D
