Hi Gazzab, i had the same problem recently & upon checking i found the loom up to the sensor on the front cooler pipe had been chaffing & was earthing out. It might be worth checking. :)

Hi Discool, seal fitted correctly (fitted with the lip facing towards the flange) & i assume it is the correct seal as it was part of the kit & where about is the temperature sensor. Thanks for the reply Snoops
