Is there a kit contains bearings seals nut etc for discovery 2.I can find one for discovery 1:confused:

Hi,I had exactly the same problem last weekend I tried everthing in the end i heated It up in a vice and gentle tapped it out fom behind with a small hammer and chisel came straight out.I ordered new pins should arrive tomorrow so I can get it back together for the weekend.not had disco long...

Unplugged the plug to the injector harness to check for oil as the red plug had oil in it and the bastard pins in the plug stayed in there.I don't think this is normal.what do I do now

Are these seal repair sleeves easily available,would this be used in a recon box. I have seen a Aussie guy on YouTube rebuild one and it's not a difficult job,with a sleeve would you need a different seal kit.

I think I will give the seal kit ago and go from there,then I can see what condition the shaft is in.

Reading posts and other sites it seems a Recon box can last as long as replacing the seals.is the shaft replaceable.

Hi,I have a leaking PAS box not leaking much fluid but noticeable.I have seen seal kits on eBay does anyone know if it's worth going down that route rather than buying another box.

Hi, my Td5 disco has a problem when accelerating through 3rd and 4th gear it starts at around 28000revs it's like theres a fuel shortage it sort of shudders till it picks up and then it's off.Gonna change diesel filter but seems it could be something to do when the turbo kicks in.
