    Hand brake would make a lot of sense as it is only happening when its been applied and then released, if I rive forwards and presumably release and seizing it doesn't happen. I'll check this out at the weekend and let you know the out come. Thanks for the response, lets hope this fixes it.

    Only done about 15 miles and none at speed so hope it hasn't done any damage. The guy gave me a list of other work that needs done, track rod arms, ball joints but I'll d that myself just the box I was really worried about.
