Hi, Just bought a P38, and I'm pretty sure the 20's that are on it, while looking good in the summer, will be useless in the winter. So whats the smallest wheels I can put on it and bang on some winter tyres, or grabber tyres (or whatever they are), and what size tyres for these wheels...

I did a bit of research. I know that the initial purchase price was going to be nowhere near what the car will cost me. And its not like I'm overly bothered about cruise control really, although it would be nice to have it working. If I can fix it myself for cheap enough. Otherwise, so long...

Yeah, have already been looking for more winter friendly rims. These 20's are nice, but a bit bling for my purposes. Thinking 18's would be better. What are the specs on RR wheels? PCD, ET etc... And already PM'd Clarky about his harnesses / adaptors.

Yeah, agreed with above. I just picked up a P38, and got a hold of the 2012 maps. My wife does a better job with a pen and paper to be honest. Not worth spending money on. Just get a Tom Tom or Garmin as said above (Some Garmins are coming with lifetime map updates just now). Much better idea.

Okay, so the cruise control doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Ha ha ha. Yes I did. It was a 2012 A4 2.0 TDI Quattro Black Edition: Lovely looking car. But book states combined consumption of 53 mpg. About 6-7 up on my previous 2009 2.0 TDI A4 Avant. I was expecting an increase in economy, and instead lost 5 mpg. I was very ****ed off at this, so...
