Strange question time.... Is it an option elsewhere in the world to have a switch to increase the engine tickover speed to warm things up quicker? A Nissan I used to drive had one that increased tickover to about 1500 RPM.

I’ve got a TD5 auto, EGR feed blocked, decat. I’m averaging about 22 MPG but on a mainly motorway journey of about 130 miles I got 27.2 MPG.
