Well things just not going way.04 td4.changed rocker gasket.new washers and o rings on injectors now it won't fire up.tried a good few times I can hear the pump and it's just not starting.battery has been disconnected but it has plenty of life. Just cant get my head round it. Any advice .

So yes to o ring but washers 2 out of 4.found the washers on net but does anyone know where I can get the injector bolts.

Well that would explain the leak as no o ring or washer.thoughr it was cheap.

Just order a bolt extractor in hope it will work(cant break it more than I have) And it's a freelander td4 04 plate. Replaced rocker gasket and it spat diesel out so thought tighten the bolts that hold injectors down and snap.

Help.whilst replacing rocker gasket I snapped one of the bolts that hold the injectors in.so guess its replace head now.any guides in how to do this and set timing as I'm a complete novice to this.

Sorry to keep on but latest is took the backbox of to do a bit of under sealing and poured about half a cup of oil from the back box...

Thanks for that. Actually makes sense.my breather is absolutely caked so that sounds like the cause of it all. Question now should strip and overhaul the turbo or am I better leaving it alone.

I don't think the turbo has been changed its rusted on really well and more oil in exhaust than than in the engine.
