Does it matter if they're vented or non vented?

TBH what you're describing scares the 5hit out of me. I don't mind having a go but if they are rusted I'm gonna be well 5ucked. Not sure if I should let a garage do it.

Just had a service and MOT which passed and £306 lighter. Guy said I need 2 back tyres and front discs and pads (2006). Are the discs and pads relatively easy to change for a complete novice?

That dent in the roof is proving harder to remove than I thought. I must of contacted 5 people who claim to take dents out and no one gets back to me after they've seen the picture. Obviously dents in roofs are a bummer to get out probably because of the head lining. I may have to live with it :(

I had a feeling they made a mistake with the £30 they charged me but you've just confirmed they didn't. Strange why their website says different.

I read somewhere probably on this thread "use it or lose it" I didn't use it. There was some geezer in a very loud Subaru also waiting for a re charge. Surely he didn't have a leak as well?

Is it worth spending the extra on the premium diesel in the garage for my TD4 or stick to the el cheapo. Thoughts please. Ta
