Does a TD V6 engine bolt on to the TD V8 bell housing? I can't find a V8 anywhere at a reasonable price.

Can a TDV6 engine be fitted into a Sport TDV8, my engine has gone and I have a good 2.7 engine lying here?

Has it had a clutch and replacement engine loom fitted? Any service history and number of owners. Cheers
