the midland kit comes with a car kit ...in car charger and a antena lead so ya can use the normnal roof cb arieal and get good range back ...plus i only use it at close range mile at the most so more than that i dow need

i got a midland one about just over a year ago now ...and its **** nowt but problems and it is now stuck on the eu setting so all i can get now is polls and truckers ....ive got a cheapy that works fine but the range is poor .....i borrowed a midland hand held the other day while greenlaneing...

go to m&m's web site and buy the front and center from them .....£100 tops for the lot ...

long shot the injector pump anit had its govener messed with has it ?

fire would fix it lol ...... you fitted a cambelt recently ?

yeah the lift pump for the tank .....well that iliminates that one lol...is the turbo hose to the top of the injector pump ok giveing the pump boost presh ... my 400 post by the way lol ...

do these have a lift pump in the block like the 200 ? ..

reason to check when at the bottom is you are then also checking the boar for damage scratches and so on, the piston when the engine is running use's all of its stroke so any fault in any area of the system can affect things .....all the time you have spent doing this test wouldnt it have been a...

any hoses / inter cooler leaks ...? ....

remove the rocker shaft so all the valves are clossed then place the piston at bottom dead center and do the same test ..... just to be shure nothing is bent or worn then do it with the rocker shaft back in place and the "tappets" correctly adjusted and rocking on there fire stroke ie both...

is the turbo spooling ok ? ....(spooling == working / turning)
