    Brake help please

The caliper in the pic is a 4 piston one What year disco? Does it have ABS? If no ABS and you definitely have two flexi pipes on the inner wing like this (except theses are extended braided ones) Then the ebay listing is the correct one

    Car audio problem

Two options to getting the sub in the back door working 1. Buy one of THESE adapters (expensive for what it is!) 2. Chop off the pink plug and connect the wires to an RCA plug (cost about £1 pair from Maplin) A search on here would have given you THIS thread with everything you need to know

    Disco rebuild project

Thanks mate, that's what this site is all about. I read several posts by others detailing their work and it inspired me to give it a go too and to share how I did it. Now you need to: 1. Get yourself along to the introductions section and post a bit about you and your motor. Don't forget a pic...

    Dashboard Add-Ons

Fresh power up the pillar from my aux fuse box to avoid interference. Really short coax run too as the aerial is body mounted to the roof above interior light

    Dashboard Add-Ons

Mine mounted in the map pocket. Had to trim a bit of the headlining and fitted an extension speaker (black grill in the centre by the interior light)

    Disco rebuild project

Cheers Sam, appreciate the comments fella especially as your thread was one of the ones that inspired me to give this a go I does feel like I am making progress and the welding is getting better. Which considering I had never welded before starting this I quite an achievement too :D Rob

    Disco Tray back build

Are you replacing the pistons and seals or just trying to get them moving again? When I refurbed my calipers as per my post HERE I did have a couple of pistons that had seized completely. A couple of swift whacks with a chisel from either side freed them up although it did mark the piston. I...

Cleco's are a reusable temporary sheet metal fixing. Great for holding 2 pieces of metal together where you can't get normal welding clamps to. They do come in several sizes. For the size I have you drill a 3mm hole through both work pieces and use the special pliers insert the sprung loaded pin...

    Disco rebuild project

Quick Update Having got the crossmember in and welded last week I needed to get it joined to the existing boot floor. The YRM crossmenber comes with a joining piece so once I got it fitting properly I drilled a load of holes And fitted a row of Cleco pins to hold it in place while...
