has anyone tried fitting police spec rr classic springs to a disco 1?? talking to a chap the other day he said he tries all sort of spec springs from bearmach to OME springs and said the best he had come across for ride comfort articulation and load carrying was the police spec (which pi**ed him...

can you still drive it if you unplug the MAF?? you can on my wifes rover 45 more torque low down just flatter at the top end ECU goes to a basic map setting see if it then still feels fluffy not sure if this will help at all :smash:

you can get bowl seals etc from bearmach hope this helps

if it is the uj's the rear creates a really bad vibe when it goes (because of the size and weight of the prop)and the front can make your teeth rattle too get it checked out some one i knew left it too long the uj near the transfer box sheared off the prop dropped down dug into the ground and he...

sorry to butt in, but this does sound lift pumpy if you cannot get the fuel quick enough to the injector pump it will be running lean (hence lack of smoke and power) i had a leak in a pipe a while ago between the turbo and intercooler and you could hear it although it was'nt a huge leak power...

yes my bosses car refuses to start when it has less than half a tank of fuel so he keeps a drum spare at all times in case he gets caught short!:confused:
