to be honest tho the best way would be like mentioned before and just print some pictures off and take them with you also was the 200 tdi engine from a later defender or a discovery

well yeah look for turbo and intercooler im sure if its 19j the radiator is full width and if its a 200 tdi it will have the intercooler next to the rad

is the 19j and 2.5 td different engines then? ive never had one

some lad on the local forum was advertising the bits to put td5 lights in a 300 tdi if that helps?

Thanks tom i do already have a boost gauge and yes i would do it sensible im not trying to build a race car but a bit more power would be nice do you know of any other manufacturers intercoolers that i could fit like the volvo or supra ones?? or would i be better buying a 2nd hand one thats...

I was going to take my truck to pp tuning in louth and have a custom system made without middle box woukd this help?

I was gonna say some people experience problems of the umit pumping out grease but im sure theres some guys out there that have found a way round this

yeah my mate run an air con pump that fills a 10 or 15 ltr tank that he use for allsorts

my 200 tdi has done 80,000 miles not 200 thou but i see wat your saying but ive had mates who did the tweak but they got the smoke but i thought with the front mount tweaked pump and turbo you wouldnt get the smoke if done right also another question would it smoke less as im running it on bio...

i welded skis to the bottom of a metal chair and towed it round the work car park and i couldnt believe the grip i got with the muds but im using all terrains now so will have to see how they compare

right so what we decided on intercooler and tweak it or not lol :D
