Just got home, after doing it another 3 times on way home. When the suspension lowers, where does the air expel? Kept it on wade height to try keep the body off the wheels, parked it up & the o/s/r was hissing! Is this right???

Hope to have a look after work today, as the o/s/r decided to drop while sat at traffic lights at 5am this morning, rubbing on the s#!t shield. I pressed the up button which sorted it out & was fine the rest of the way to work.....

I ask because it's the 1st car I've owned with air suspension, having had it less than a month, I'm not used to its quirks & hissy fits, so I thought I would ask people that have!

Could the cold snap be having an effect on the presumably rubber airbags? Only noticed mine misbehaving since it got cold!

I have a 99 V8 SE, 99k miles. The issue I've had these past few days is the O/S/R seems to air out if left for a couple of hours. What is the most likely cause & the 1st thing to check? Thanks guys

Thanks wammers, I'll remember that when next at the petrol station. Having matching tyres made a big difference to the "feel", but now have to make sure it's at std height before moving off, as it sounds like a slight rub on the wing liners when turning. A bit of persuasion with the heat gun...

Following this as I also have 19s with 255/55 19 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac being fitted as we speak! They will be set at 35psi while they settle, bit would like to know what works best for maximum winter weather grip while reducing wallowing on everyday roads.

Where do you guys get your tyres at a good price. I'm after 3 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 255/55R19. Cheapest I've found so far £130 each from Black Circles, do you know anywhere cheaper???? Thanks guys

Yeah I think a fatter rear bumper would bring a bit of balance. I gotta sort the exhausts anyway, it's a standard looking system with some nasty, rusty chrome tits that have been welded on the p!$$.

Yeah, thinking about that too, as the door frames & apertures need painting anyway, due to scratches & a bit of dodgy looking carbon vinyl wrap on the B posts.

Thanks Dan, I like it, .that's all that really matters to me Just need to get it serviced, some matching tyres (my OCD is going nuts) and sort the audio & interior, especially the roof lining (as it's been pulled down to fit a video screen for the rear, but not put back very well)

Hi all, this is my 1st Range Rover, a 1999, 4.0 V8 auto P38. My problem is, I keep getting the "RH WINDOW NOT SET" message, even though I've done the "window open - window closed" routine, 2 or 3 times, but still it persists. Does anyone have any advice on this issue? TIA Neil.
