I have just facelifted the rear end of my L series FL and i find the rear bumper is very tight/too tight around the "neck". Is it necessary to cut some of the bumper to fit a towbar on the facelifted FL? or are there different towbars for them maybe?

I bought some from a breaker yard quite cheap here in Norway, some parts from a guy breaking a 2005 1.8 and some stuff off ebay co.uk.

He got the CANBUS cluster.

Today i have started to facelift the rear end. I seemed to have forgotten all the troubles removing stuff from my FL. One bolt and one screw rusted shut and i used about 1 hour just to remove those :mad: But finally done taking things apart and can go on with the facelift. Will take some...

I have seen a few facelift bumpers with pre-facelift headlights. Dont think it will be any problems fitting just the bumper.

The switches are the same from 98-2004. Just a "one touch" controller that are fitted between it and the window(with one shot). From 2004 it is integrated in the drivers door window lift panel. It also have a "voltage step up circuit" so the window works a little faster.

Depends on model year. I think they came in 2002(or 2000.). Not sure.

Tried to find the circuit diagram for the PTC heater. But my Rave 2002-2004 and 2004+ didnt have them or atleast i couldnt find them. Its the NAS versions so that might explain why.
