I tried to do that but there is no movement at all. ‍♂️

Did that give you a bit of movement in the tensioner after you turned the engine?

My tensioner had no movement in it at all, this is what I cant get my head around, even with the 3 injector pump bolts loose.

That's me mate, I just cant remember my email address, and I dont think I use the one I used to have on here. If someone from the admin team can message me I can give them my new email address as i would rather use my old account than this new one.

I have got the belt on but it was a struggle, yes I had undone the 3 bolts on the injector pump, it was so tight, there wasn't any movement in the tensioner at all. I'm going to try and turn the engine twice and see if that makes any slack. I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to get the belt...

I watched this but it's a disco 200tdi engine, mine doesn't have the extra tensioner on it.

Yes it's a drayco belt and bearmach tensioner, it was the same when I tried to put the old tensioner and belt back on, just cant get my head round it.
