After swapping the rear shocks last week with super gaz ones, one of the poly bushes fell out of the box and quite literally shattered so I got a free replacement from Brookwells only to find that the one that didn't break has fallen apart and disappeared so they will be getting a phone call for...

I told my insurance last week, aviva (van insurance) about my TDI change and alloys and wider tyres and after a shed load of questions and 45 minutes on the phone no extra charges were added.

Fitted my inverse dislocation cones. Terrafirma ones being sold by a company on eBay for £35 as opposed to £58 from there direct store. Not too bad to fit, be even easier of they sent you enough nuts and bolts.

Found the cause of the bouncey ride since the left rear spring dislocated. Best order a new one. And plumbed in the boost gauge, 11 psi. [/URL][/IMG] [/URL][/IMG]

There was a lot of "you go first and if you break it I'll pull you out" "you go first your in the Landy" it was only after we went through I remembered it was salt water so, will have to get the pressure washer out tomorrow. :lol:

Took it laning today with my cousins vitara, had a few part victims. 1 smashed indicator, 2 o/s/f bump stop ripped off somehow, 3 n/s/r spring dislocated and ever since the rear end is very bouncey. Had an embarrassing moment and had to be rescued by the vitara after getting stuck in a bog...

I think I read somewhere that the gearbox and transfer box breathers need a 1/4 bsp connector, haven't got around to doing these yet though.

Waited all day for my tyres and was excited to be fitting them this evening only to find it that they sent the wrong size :mad: I know that Edinburger people don't sound the same as normal english people but 16" and 17" don't sound the same. Will have to wait for the right size on Thursday...
