Ok The "Black Oil Splatter" isn't "Black Oil Splatter" its "SOOT" build up in yer exhaust system mixing with Condensation from a warm Engine Running in COLD weather .... The same applies to yer "White Smoke" its Condensation due to COLD weather ... Are you Using/losing any water when you got...
