I've got the trafic a 2007 model lwb it had 103k on it when I got it now on 116k 10 months later and I love it. As others have said they are generally higher spec than the others. Eg aircon and elec windows. I've got one slight annoying clunk on mine if you accelerate or brake hard but it's done...
