What about the rule that there is no trespass law in Scotland? I don't understand that one either. If you cant trespass, how can people get upset? (do excuse my lack of understanding)

Hi all, I'm new to this but I hope some one can help. I live in Scotland now and have moved up from England. Down south there are by-ways marked on the maps. Up here there are none, Could anyone let me know what the regulations are for greenlaning in Scotland if there are no marked by-ways...
