Hi guys I need to change the manifold gasket on my 2004 4.0 V8 discovery. Wondering what the best type of gasket (multilayer steel or the compressed material type) would be? Also I'd like to replace all the bolts with upgraded studs/nuts or bolts. Any reccomendations please? Thanks. Tobias.

What issues did you have?

Fitted a new rear wiper motor, changed my lpg filters and temp sensor, cleaned out the LPG map sensor and got it running on gas again!
