well my lwb fuel tank was well and truly fu*ked rotted out between the doubleskin underneath so rather than spend a few hundreds which i cant right now thought id build a new one, heres the pics of so far. and how im doing it, this is bye no means probly the right way but anyway here goes...

dont **** it up, keep it original there aint many series vehicles that aint been welded or ****ed with at least some point in there life keep it original and do it 2 one thats already been ****ed or is ****ed

depends on lots of things, uphill, downhill, towing, no good setting a speed to change up, work by feel, and noise :)

rule, is the engine revving and working harder than it would if you changed up, change down when neccercery

few manufacturing engineers i have spoken to, talk bout scrapping new engines and parts because once its gone down the production line, cost more money to have it taken apart and then rebuilt to a different spec or built again, and is cheaper for them just to start again from scratch as it takes...
