    +1 on the coil,the fact it's an orange spark doesn't sound good an it should earth a fair way off the err earth plus produce a healthy blue spark so i would say for the cost,change the coil :D Ohh and check the earth braid/strap from engine to chassis HTH.

    Changed easily unless the splines are twisted then it can be a bit of a bugger but yeah i go along with everyone else,waste of wonga an all that:D

    Did you change the shuttle valve when you rebuilt as this can sometimes stick or seize up causing probs.

    You can contact the DVLA and put the plates on retention.Then it's up to you if you sell them private or to a reg plate firm.

    Very good point,After all you can't show an email of insurance at the PO for road tax for instance. BE VERY CAREFUL.

    You guess correctly,Just get a screwdriver behind the washer to bend it forward so you can get the drift on. Don't forget to back the inner hub nut off one flat after tightening or the bearing will get mullered in no time.

    I use a brass drift as it doesn't damage the washer and just for the record i never use them twice unless out in the field and it's the only option.

    Don't have to tell me mate.The Alpina forum I'm a member of use photobucket as well and i could never get the fookin thing to work either so gave up in the end. It's no problem uploading pics to their site but transferring them to whatever forum you want is a bastid :mad:
