understand that but the squeling was the reason i changed the belts in the first place ;) ile have to wip the belt of the alternator and go from there i guess

both belts are new and correct tension:confused:

i was thinking that but why would it squell when the steering is under load:confused:

if you know what your doing then home made cages are perfectly ok at the end of the day if seen some of the welding on some bought cages and to say the least it look ruff and 9 times out of 10 if it looks ruff its ruff:rolleyes: but ye i agree on the other hand cus i paid 99 quid for mine:D

no no removing the roof was easy and getting the cage in was ok ish bit of a load with two people but the worst bit was fitting my county roof lining in the rear man was that a pig to fit over the cage :p when you say gas pipe as in mild steel ye? what wall thickness does it have?

ye would also work i just went for the quick option :D and im not removing the fooker in a hurry was a bastid to get in :D
