Hi, yes that photo is, on reflection, rubbish... got it now.. seems the edge of the rear wing on mine has corroded away somewhat where the stay should go, but I can see clearly where it should fix to the tub floor now. For anyone coming across this thread in future, this photo helped....

Okay, it’s sorted. things I’ve learned, - Replace old hoses - avoid britpart shoes when using new drums they don’t fit. The lining is thicker than say mintex, and so even fully wound in the drum binds - bleed in any way that works. Eezibleed works, but for any method I’d recommend clamping...

Did as Blackburn said, rock hard pedal. Master not the issue... I’ll call that progress. so I have an eezibleed in the garage. The caps are not large enough. Anyone found caps to fit? I’m thinking of butchering the cap on it and replace it later, or fashion something else.

Yep, for that money I’ll order one. Thing is, the TRW one fitted is supposed to be new last May.... so as it’s not been on the road the bore should be perfect, but the seals might be fooked. I’ve got some seals on order too...

CV master. I’ll check out the adjustments to pedal height. Just trying to straighten in my mind why the pedal travel would mean it doesn’t bleed up. The master cylinder piston will always start fully retracted so the only adjustment will be how far the pushrod travels moving it in. So...

Yes they were all correctly fitted and adjusted. However, today I clamped all the slaves in fully. So eliminating all the movement and minimising the space for air in the slaves.
