right then , fitted a new weber 2 years ago when i had the 2 and q engine, everything was lovely ,easy to setup ,better mpg ,awesome after about a year started playing up ,flooding mainly ,wouldnt start ect....... the problem was the float had split where the brass arm go in ,weighing it down...

right bud ,has it got a black plastic float?

theres nothing simpler or more reliable than the powerspark kit, had em on my last 7 classics i never could work out why some peeps carry points incase powerspark packs up , i carry i spare PS module, but have never had one break so easy to fit in 10 mins max

my mate did a lot of the work at his place ,nicely welded twin pipes ,low big battery box under passenger seat , heres a vid ,started from cold so it does sound even better when hot i cant keep out of it

put a v8 in my swb last month ,should have done it 3 years ago when i got it , custom twin exhaust ............

seriously mate ,put points /condenser in the bin and get from ebay an electronic module from simonbbc no more points to adjust ,no more condenser breaking down, smoother idle, £30 delivered ive had em on my last 7 classics,first thing i do then go from there,cheers steve, ooer!!!! just seen...
