Just brought a new air filter for my 2002 Freelander V6, aint got a clue how to change it as theres a huge cover over the engine, any hints tips or pics would be great

I own both a 300TDI disco, have owned a 90 V8 (carb'd) and a freelander V6, the V6 is 180 BHP standard and is a cracking engine.
not to be mistaken for the 1.8 K series thats a lump of rubbish!!!
I had the same thing on my disco a few years ago, it sounds like the clutch fork has failed, thats why the pedal is staying on the floor.
Not a major job to do but while the gearbox is off you may as well fit a new clutch and heavy duty clutch arm
