Cheers brown I have cut the locking ring wih a grinder to fre the plastic ring,& ordered a new locking ring. Regards

Cheers shifty Sussed it chopped the locking ring then cleaned the plastic ring,that has wound back onto the tank,so wjen my new lock ring turns up hopefully lock on.

Hi shifty When u remove the locking ring does the white nylon piece come with it mines stuck in the locling ring is that normal.

Hope so I'm going to grind the locking ring off tommorow order a new onethen see what happens,luckily i have me old military 110 to use.

Yeah i know what u mean the white ring should be in the top of the tank,not jammed in the locking ring.

Think i will order a new locking ring, the old ones a bit rough,then grind the old one off the part stuck inside of it.

Ca n see my problem the top of the tank jas come away with the locking ring & is stuck inside it.

Cheers nelly Correct me if i am wrong ,but the large round hard plastic that the locking ring drops over is stuck inside the locking ring should it be that way,thanks.

Fortunately i have the hole allready cut out in the back . I am in the middle of changing the pump but locking it back into the tank is a complete pain,cannot get it to lock.
