anyone know what that loose yellow wire is?

i'm having similar issues, do you know how to locate this wire?

I have no SRS light though that's what I need to sort first I think?

Here is the cluster from the back So the long yellow wire is the one I was talking about, just gaffered to the top of the cluster

i have plenty of power going the the motor, I guess there is a switch inside the modulator?

My abs isn't working, tested 2 cables going to pump and got 12.6 volts on ignition.... How would I test the pump independantly? BTW my abs light is permanently on

Right, after a lot of putting off.. I have had the instrument panel off... Original problem...No ABS light at all Bulb had been disconnected..re connected and now have ABS on all the time...Hooray! Another pointless thing to sort Original Problem...No SRS light Can't see where there...

Hi all My Discovery 300tdi was tricky to start this morning, after draining the battery, I jump started and whoosh it was away. I let it idle for a bit and noticed drips from under engine bay...located drips to under injection pump. It's not from the 4 injector connectors, or fuel in/out...

Sorted it That white bit of plastic is flimsy isn't it I went to adjust the threaded rod from the exterior handle and it snapped through rust, made a new one from a this piece of rod, job done!! it's like a new handle now, best one on the car!

Mine was really bad for a few months, it turned out to be cam belt almost a tooth out, had blue smoke and chug chug mornings. now spot on first time. worth checking sedimenter, unscrew top bolt and check for sludge!!

Hi To open my rear door I have to really yank the handle for it to open Has anybody else had this or know what the problem might be?:confused:
