Front bumper has now been cut in half. looks loads better now.

It took me a 3 point manover to get out of bay at shop earlier instead of my 1. front tyres are new so about 20mm of tread and rears have about 6mm.

Cheers. Its lifted it up a bit but catchs on front so some adjustments needed.

Nothings really changed apart from the list of faults its starting to get expensive. Vibration when setting off no speedo battery light on

Cheers people. the guy who i bought it off put a bew altenator on it as he thought that was at fault and putting light on. i checked wiring today back to bulkhead. removed clocks to see if i can see anything. nope. built it back up and rev counters working. battery lights been on since i got it...

I know its a old thred but is this still the cause. i have a disco 1 battery lights been on since i got it but he had it diagnosed as a faulty wire. Now the rev counter dosnt work. thanks rob

Yeah sorry its the difflock light. and yeah its in right place. tryed moving it in and out of difflock then ignition off and on its same. it dosnt seem to be doing it much now just this morning. but ill have to get it sorted one day.

It all started two weeks ago after doing about 100mile trip to bridlington my Speedo stopped working. i suspected cable has snapped. after about 20mile the 4wd light started to flash on dash. didnt think anymore of it as speedo had stopped. Then wednesday i got a flat tyre so changed my alloy...

what wheels and tyres can i fit on my disco 1? its got a 2 inch lift thats it. want some bigger than standard tyres but dont know how far i can go before itll be too fat. also what size wheels will fit? j rating etc will defender wheels fit? sorry for all questions in 1 go
