    lane exchange

like I said earlier running Land Rovers (fuel or otherwise) ain't usually cheap so I guess it's more of the latter......

    lane exchange

I'm also happy to show other LZer's around - met some cracking guys on here that lane local, and when I've got a working vehicle, happy to show people around from further afield..... But I'm also interested as to why people are reluctant to join GLASS....

    lane exchange

Personally I think the the £30 odd quid for GLASS membership is a small price to pay for an organisation fighting to keep out lanes open and have access to Trailwise - the National Database of Greenlanes, especially when you factor in the cost of fuel and generally the cost of running a Land...

    suffolk lanes, Ixworth area?

Best to get yourself a GLASS membership or GLASS affiliated club - then you'll have access to Trailwise and a whole host of info about lanes - countrywide....

    Green Laning Thetford Area

Hi Stephen, Glad you're enjoying the laning. I organise a trip every 6 - 8 weeks with other guys off Landyzone and along with another GLASS member admin the East of England Facebook page. My truck is off the road at the moment (hopefully back in the next 3 -4 weeks) but more than happy to...

    dash cam

I've got one of these - Redirect Notice Blackstrap can testify to the video quality as I've shared one or two of my videos from landing days out with him. Got a 32 GB which will do most of a days landing if there isn't too much road work. Can be configured to overwrite on loop or not. Caught a...

    castle acre ford

I wouldn't have thought so unless the "river" itself is part of a byway, like Violets Lane in Herts/Essex? Normally the RoW only runs across it and driving the vehicle up and down the watercourse like that would probably find you foul of the Environment Agency.....especially if i was a leaky...

    Compressor advise

Belt drive ones are a shed load quieter than the direct drives....the bigger the CFM for your money the better.

    New to Laning. Advise please

Speak to Justin Brown or Sue W at GLASS - there are a number of different Facebook pages where they tend to get organised, and other threads on Landyzone. Often once you make contact people are more than willing to show a newbie the ropes.....

    Greenlaning etiquette???

I was only quoting advice that is part of GLASS's Code of Conduct.... If a tree came down on a main road would you go out with a chainsaw and cut the tree up? I think the elf and safety people would definitely have something to say about that...... However dragging a tree out of the way...

    Scratch free green lanes?!

This months Land Rover Owner magazine has got an article on just the very lanes....take a look in there and if you want any more details msg me.....

    Greenlaning etiquette???

Should be ok to prune the undergrowth back with hand tools, the local councils will have a sense of humour failure if you use power tools....

Front Inner Wings - YRM or EasyOn

So..... My inner wings have seen better days. Not really worth bodging repair panels on here and there so I thought I'd replace them as a whole. I've used YRM in the past - waiting to hear back if they will supply complete assembly. Has anyone used EasyOn panels from Froggets? What do you...
