Lack of MOT stops fun driving this weekend, looking forward to that being sorted the week after next. Made a small project for the cab though, helped pass the time and keep myself occupied. Cut some 12mm MDF to size, drilled holes that matched ones already in the top rail of the bulkhead...

Today, replaced some bolts and nuts that were missing from the roll cage in the back. One of the supports wasn't attached at all, glad I went around and checked/ replaced them all! Booked in for MOT/ Service for the start of next month, MOT expiry tomorrow means no driving for a while :(...

Today I brought my new baby home. 1994 Defender 110 ex-MOD, with the Tithonus update in 2009. Drove her 3 hours home, did as many miles today as she's done in the last year, but drove beautifully. Needs a good service and MOT, but not much more than that.

Hey all I've just bought a 1994 Defender 110 Tithonus (yet to pick it up). Website listing says 300TDI engine, but this doesn't look like the ones I've seen online. The engine code begins with 11J, anybody have an idea of what engine I'm looking at here?
